近些年行政执法人员执法水平不断提高,公平、公正、公开的执法理念也深入人心,同时,民众法律意识、社会监督能力也不断加强,造成行政执法人员工作倦怠情况产生了较大变化。本文以山东省高速警察作为行政执法人员的典型代表进行工作倦怠调查,通过实证和文献对比的分析,了解其工作倦怠的结构和特征,发现其低成就感升高已成为工作倦怠的重要内容,并根据研究的结果,提出了有针对性的预防行政执法人员工作倦怠发生的建议和对策。
In recent years, the level of enforcing the law of administrative law enforcement officers has been continuously raised. The concept of fair, just and open law enforcement has also enjoyed popular support. At the same time, people’s awareness of law and the ability to supervise the society have also been continuously strengthened, resulting in great changes in the job burnout of administrative law enforcement officials. In this paper, Shandong Province high-speed police officers as law enforcement officers typical job burnout investigation, through empirical analysis and comparative literature to understand the structure and characteristics of its job burnout and found that the low sense of accomplishment has become an important part of job burnout, And according to the result of the research, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to prevent the job burnout of the administrative law enforcement personnel.
