目的了解我县中小学校教学环境的卫生学现状,发现安全隐患,为改进教学环境提供依据。方法根据河南省中小学校教学环境监测要求,2014年12月~2015年3月,对我县辖区37所中小学校教学环境按照学校卫生相关标准要求进行了调查和监测。结果教学楼南北朝向占97.3%,教学楼外廊高度合格率为54.1%,外廊宽度合格率为48.6%,走廊应急灯设置率为24.3%,楼梯应急灯设置率为59.5%;教室照明合格率为8.1%,灯桌间距合格率为24.3%,黑板灯设置率为10.8%;教室人均面积达标率为29.7%;CO_2含量合格率为86.5%,教室均没有设采暖设备;生活饮用水集中供水率为32.4%;水冲式厕所占51.4%,仍有48.6%的学校使用旱厕,56.8%的厕所便后无洗手设施。结论我县中小学教学环境部分项目不能达到国家标准要求,应引起政府及有关部门的高度重视。
Objective To understand the status quo of hygiene in teaching environment of primary and secondary schools in our county and to find out potential safety hazards and provide basis for improving teaching environment. Methods According to the requirements of primary and secondary schools teaching environment monitoring in Henan Province, from December 2014 to March 2015, 37 primary and secondary schools teaching environment in our county area were investigated and monitored in accordance with the relevant standards of school health. Results The north-south direction of the teaching building accounted for 97.3%, the height of the teaching building’s outer porch was 54.1%, the width of the outer porch was 48.6%, the setting rate of the corridor’s emergency light was 24.3% and the setting rate of the stair emergency light was 59.5% Rate of 8.1%, light table spacing rate of 24.3%, blackboard lamp setting rate of 10.8%; classroom per capita area compliance rate was 29.7%; CO 2 content of 86.5% pass rate, no heating equipment in the classroom; domestic drinking water concentration Water supply rate was 32.4%; water-flush toilets accounted for 51.4%, still 48.6% of schools still used dry toilets, and 56.8% of toilets did not have hand-washing facilities. Conclusion Some of the primary and middle schools teaching environment in our county can not meet the requirements of national standards, which should arouse the attention of the government and relevant departments.
