文章就建设工程造价在项目工程中的应用问题提出了6点主张,施工企业要加强自身的管理,尤其是工程造价对项目的控制,项目部要有自身的优势,对于造价应用做到预测合理化、控制常态化、管理多元化,努力把控好工程造价管理、工期的把握和质量的监控三者的矛盾,走出一条工程造价应用的新路子,努力加强和提高项目部造价工作能力,提高造价人员的自身素质尽量做到知识的系统化,承接工程造价的高效化,使经济效益最大化。
