高中新课程实施已经有一年多的时间,如何根据新课程的理念进行学生学业成绩的评价,采取何种学分认定方案,是关系到新课程改革成败的重要一环。高中学业成绩评价的目的在于促进学生的全面发展,即通过评价确认学生的进步和达到的学业水平,诊断学生学习中存在的问题,促进学生的反思和发展。而学分是学生修完某个模块的分值单位,是计量学生的学习进度、学习质量和学习态度的过程性评价,它既是对学习过程进行量化的评定,同时又兼有质性的评定。如何进行科学合理的学分认定是亟待解决的关键性问题。
It has been more than a year since the implementation of the new high school curriculum. How to evaluate students’ academic performance according to the concept of the new curriculum and what credit certification program to adopt is an important link in the success or failure of the new curriculum reform. The purpose of high school academic performance assessment is to promote the students’ all-round development, that is, to confirm students’ progress and attained academic level through evaluation, to diagnose problems in student learning and to promote students’ reflection and development. The credits are the score units of students after finishing a certain module. They are the process evaluations for measuring students’ learning progress, learning quality and learning attitudes. They are not only the quantitative evaluation of the learning process, but also the qualitative assessment. How to carry out scientific and reasonable credit recognition is a key issue to be solved urgently.
