云南白药是驰名中外的中成药,由田七、冰片、麝香、披麻草等中药组成。具有镇痛散肿,活血化瘀,防腐生肌等功效,用于治疗外伤出血,疼痛疗效显著。近年来,随着临床应用的不断深入,发现它外用的范围越来越广泛。现简介如下:1 治疗溃疡创面 将云南白药擦于口腔及舌体的溃疡面上2—3日可痊愈,对长久不愈的损伤创面可用双氧水或生理盐水洗净创面后,除去“假膜”组织,再敷上云南白药,每日1次。结果:38例患者经过1～2周的治疗痊愈,治愈率100％。2 治疗褥疮
