本文所述的折叠翼飞行器是一个全新的设计概念,可以因飞行环境的不同,通过实时大幅度地改变机翼的形状来实现相应的任务,从而最大化飞行器性能,使其拥有长时间滞空、高速机动等性能。根据折叠翼试验中所提出的要求,通过手动/自动控制来改变折叠机翼作动筒液压油流动方向,进而实现折叠与展平操作。由于该项试验尚属国内首次,需要提出一种新的试验控制技术来满足折叠翼试验的要求。本文在试验件上验证了该项技术的可行性,为以后类似的试验控制技术提供了必要的参考。
The folding wing aircraft described in this paper is a new design concept that can achieve the corresponding tasks by greatly changing the shape of the wing in real time due to different flight environments so as to maximize the performance of the aircraft and make it have a long time lag, High-speed mobile and other performance. According to the requirements proposed in the folding wing test, the flow direction of the hydraulic fluid of the folding wing actuator is changed by manual / automatic control, so as to realize the folding and flattening operation. Since this test is still the first time in China, a new test control technology needs to be proposed to meet the requirements of the folding wing test. This article verifies the feasibility of this technology on the test piece, which provides the necessary reference for the similar test control technology in the future.
