随着现代网络技术的发展和应用,远程培训已成为提高农村教师教育教学理论水平和实践能力、提高农村教师专业化水平、加快城乡教育均衡发展的重要途径之一。通过常宁市农村中小学教师网络远程培训实施现状调查,分析农村中小学教师远程培训实施中存在的学习观念、管理体制、经费保障、支持服务、评价方式等问题,并从树立正确的远程教育理念、建立三级教师远程培训管理模式、形成三方结合的培训经费保障体系、完善远程培训支持服务体系、构建质量内涵式评价机制等方面探讨可行对策,以期为提高农村中小学教师远程培训质量提供有益参考。
With the development and application of modern network technology, distance training has become one of the important ways to improve rural teachers ’teaching theory and practice ability, improve rural teachers’ specialization and accelerate the balanced development of urban and rural education. This paper analyzes the current situation of distance training implementation in rural primary and secondary school teachers network in Changning, analyzes the problems such as learning concept, management system, funding support, support services and evaluation methods in the implementation of remote primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas. From the establishment of correct distance education concept , Set up a three-level teacher distance training management mode, formed a tripartite combination of training funding support system, improve the long-distance training support service system, construction of quality evaluation mechanism and so on to explore possible measures to improve the quality of rural primary and secondary school teachers to provide long-distance training reference.
