目的:探讨持续性营养支持和健康教育在胃肠道手术患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法:将86例胃肠道手术患者随机分为试验组(42例)和对照组(44例),试验组患者给予持续性营养支持和健康教育;对照组患者给予常规营养支持和护理,对两组患者住院天数进行统计,对并发症发生情况和生活质量进行随访与记录。结果:试验组患者住院天数明显低于对照组,P<0.05。术后6个月随访,试验组并发症明显低于对照组,P<0.05;试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对胃肠道肿瘤患者实施术后持续性的营养支持和健康教育,可以帮助患者尽早恢复正常饮食,减少其术后营养不良、出血等并发症的发生,提高患者自护能力,促进患者康复,并进一步提高患者的生活质量,使其更好地回归社会和家庭。
Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous nutritional support and health education on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Methods: Eighty-six patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 42) and control group (n = 44). Patients in the experimental group were given continuous nutritional support and health education. Patients in the control group were given routine nutritional support and nursing care. Two groups of patients in hospital days statistics, complication and quality of life were followed up and recorded. Results: The hospitalization days in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The continuous nutritional support and health education for postoperative gastrointestinal cancer patients can help patients return to normal diet as soon as possible, reduce their postoperative malnutrition, bleeding and other complications, improve patient self-care ability and promote patients Rehabilitation, and further improve the quality of life of patients, make it better return to society and family.
