初中教育是中等教育的发端,是学生形成较为稳定的独立思考、自学能力、意志培养、情感塑造的关键时期。积极探索初中英语教师教学创新能力的提升路径,对于提高初中英语教学的有效性具有积极的实践意义。本文在分析初中英语教育与学生创新能力教育二者关系的基础上,详细分析了初中英语教师教学创新能力的结构和特征,进而提出了初中英语教师教学创新能力的提升路径。
Junior high school education is the beginning of secondary education, is the formation of a relatively stable period of independent thinking, self-learning ability, will training, emotional shaping of the key period. Active exploration of junior high school English teachers teaching innovation ability to enhance the path for improving the effectiveness of junior high school English teaching has a positive practical significance. Based on the analysis of the relationship between junior high school English education and students’ innovative ability education, this paper analyzes in detail the structure and characteristics of junior middle school English teachers’ teaching innovation ability, and then puts forward the improvement path of middle school English teachers’ teaching innovation ability.
