城市轨道交通设备的检维修是保障列车安全运营的重要手段。南京地铁在实际维修中首次将全面生产维修和以可靠性为中心的维修两者结合起来运用到轨道车辆的检维修中,取得了良好的效果。就该维修策略的实施效果构建了评价指标体系,并选用模糊层次分析法对实施效果进行了评价和分析。由于专家的评断信息具有一定的灰类,因此基于灰色理论进行了进一步处理。评价结果可为地铁设备的维修提供指导。
Inspection and maintenance of urban rail transit equipment is an important means to ensure the safe operation of trains. Nanjing Subway for the first time in the actual maintenance of full production maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance combined with the use of rail vehicle inspection and maintenance, and achieved good results. The evaluation index system is constructed based on the implementation effect of the maintenance strategy, and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate and analyze the implementation effect. Since the expert’s judgment information has a certain gray level, it is further processed based on the gray theory. The evaluation results can provide guidance for the maintenance of subway equipment.
