本文分析了700千瓦脉流牵引电动机在深度磁场削弱的高速工况下的換向参数,发现此时的交流不平衡电势远较额定工况时为大,认为从改善高速換向性能以适应提高机车运行的速度要求出发,在牵引电动机可调分路中应接入一个感应分路器。文內分析了感应分路器的不同电抗值对降低交流不平衡电势的影响。本文还介绍了为改进换向性能、减少环火的几种正在采用的结构措施。
This paper analyzes the commutation parameters of the 700 kW pulsed-current traction motor under high-speed conditions weakened by the deep magnetic field. It is found that the AC imbalance potential at this time is much larger than that under the rated conditions, and it is considered that from improving the high-speed commutation performance to adapt to the increase Locomotive speed requirements starting, adjustable traction in the traction motor should be connected to an inductive splitter. The paper analyzes the different reactance of inductive splitter to reduce the influence of AC unbalance potential. This article also describes several of the structural measures being used to improve ring reversing performance and reduce ring fire.
