水性无机富锌涂料是一类有别于溶剂型涂料的环保型涂料,用作水工金属结构的永久性保护涂层,较其它防护材料具有较大的优越性。但由于该涂料以水为溶剂,汽化潜热大,故其涂装及固化受环境温度、湿度的影响较大。通过一些水电工程金属结构涂装施工的实践和材料实验,总结出如下经验:①须注重钢结构的前处理,喷砂宜在晴朗的白天进行;②涂装时应控制环境温度和湿度指标以及边角部位的涂装方法;③注重涂层的干燥和固化,保证构件下水前的涂层质量;④合理选用配套面漆等,以期达到预期的施工效果,延长涂层的使用期。
Water-borne inorganic zinc-rich paint is a kind of environment-friendly paint which is different from solvent-based paint. It is used as a permanent protective coating for hydraulic metal structures and has more advantages than other protective materials. However, due to the water as a solvent coating, latent heat of vaporization, so the coating and curing by the ambient temperature and humidity greater impact. Some hydropower projects through the construction of metal coating construction practices and materials experiments, summed up the following experience: ① should pay attention to pre-treatment of steel structures, sand blasting should be carried out in a clear day; ② coating should control the ambient temperature and humidity indicators and Corner parts of the coating method; ③ pay attention to the coating drying and curing, to ensure the quality of the coating components before launching; ④ reasonable selection of supporting paint, etc., in order to achieve the expected construction effect, extend the coating life.
