以步进电机为核心的经济型数控系统在我国还有相当广泛的应用。本文在改进时间分割法的基础上 ,提出了一种适用于这种数控系统的新型插补方法。经过改进的插补方法具有效率高、算法简单 ,容易实现多轴联动 ,可以插补各种复杂曲线轮廓的特点 ,并能充分发挥数控系统的效能 ,是一项很实用的技术。
The stepper motor as the core of economic CNC system in our country there is a wide range of applications. On the basis of improving the time partitioning method, this paper presents a new interpolation method suitable for such numerical control system. The improved interpolation method is a very practical technique with high efficiency, simple algorithm and easy multi-axis interaction. It can interpolate the characteristics of various complex curve contours and give full play to the performance of numerical control system.
