我国众多小型立窑水泥生产企业中,相当一部分未能达产达标,且能耗居高不下,产品质量不稳产。除工艺设计存在问题之外,一个重要因素就是设备维修管理不善,故障率高,利用率低。由于小型企业技术力量薄弱,维修管理人员素质较差,重生产轻维修,整个维修工作处于被动局面。为正确处理生产与维修的矛盾,使生产设备得到及时、合理地修理,以高效率为企业生产服务,根据水泥行业和企业维修管理的特点,笔者认为应做好以下几方面工作。 1.合理选择维修方式 在事后维修、定期维修和状态维修三种维修方式中,虽然状态维修是目前最佳的一种,但它对技术水平、人员素质、管理水平要求高,需要借助仪器仪表提供的参数值来决策,小企业因缺少高素质的维修队伍而采用者甚少。水泥生产主要设备大多“粗”、“大”、“笨”,精度要求相对较低,因此,可在强调设备维护保养和定期检查的基础上,采取以“定期维修方式为主,事
Many of China’s large number of small vertical shaft kiln cement production enterprises have failed to meet production standards, and energy consumption has remained high, resulting in unstable product quality. In addition to the problem of process design, an important factor is poor equipment maintenance management, high failure rate, and low utilization. Due to the weak technical power of small enterprises, poor quality of maintenance managers, heavy production and light maintenance, the entire maintenance work is in a passive situation. In order to properly handle the contradiction between production and maintenance, the production equipment is repaired in a timely and reasonable manner, with high efficiency as the production and service of the enterprise. According to the characteristics of cement industry and enterprise maintenance management, the author believes that the following aspects should be done. 1. Reasonable choice of maintenance methods In the three maintenance methods of post-maintenance, regular maintenance, and state maintenance, although state maintenance is currently the best, it requires high technical level, personnel quality, and management level, and requires instrumentation. Given the value of the parameters to make decisions, there is little adoption of small companies due to the lack of a high-quality maintenance team. Most of the major equipments for cement production are “coarse”, “large” and “stupid”, and the accuracy requirements are relatively low.
