随着国家对安全生产管理力度的逐步加大,铁路总公司对铁路项目特别是邻近营业线施工项目的安全生产管理要求也逐步增大,邻近营业线施工项目本来就是铁路项目中极难盈利的项目,现在更是处境艰难,在项目中标后按照市场价格来分析、测算成本,不亏损的项目都被列为好项目。基于此种市场环境下,邻近营业线施工铁路项目中标后的二次经营活动显得尤为重要。本文分析了邻近营业线施工铁路项目二次经营活动的策略与方法。
