新疆的双语教育作为落实培养民汉兼通人才和维护地区长治久安战略的重要措施,经大力推广已呈现出蓬勃发展的良好态势。但通过对我区少数民族中学汉语教师与教材使用情况的调查,发现双语师资整体水平不高,教学方法和手段落后,骨干教师严重欠缺,教师对教材的满意度不高,学生对汉语教材的需求不高。为促进新疆双语教育事业的发展,应大力提高双语师资队伍的素质,解决好教材在使用过程中存在的问题。
Bilingual education in Xinjiang, as an important measure for implementing the strategy of cultivating both civilian and permanent talents and safeguarding long-term peace and stability in the region, has shown a good momentum of vigorous development through vigorous promotion. However, through the investigation of the use of Chinese teachers and teaching materials in minority high schools in our district, we found that the overall level of bilingual teachers is not high, the teaching methods and means are outdated, the backbone teachers are seriously lacking, the teachers are not satisfied with the teaching materials, The demand is not high. In order to promote the development of bilingual education in Xinjiang, the quality of bilingual teaching staff should be greatly improved and the problems existing in the use of teaching materials should be solved.
