目的简化滤膜样品消解过程,探讨更加快速环保的前处理方法。方法锰的滤膜样品用酸煮法溶解其中的金属锰及其化合物,直接混合定容后测定。结果采用酸煮法获得的工作曲线浓度-吸光度相关系数r=0.9992;低、中、高3个浓度重复性实验的相对标准偏差RSD为4.83%~7.16%;含(22±1)μg锰滤膜标准样品测定结果为22.87μg;10个配对样品测定与国标方法比较差异无统计学意义(配对差值t检验,t=8.43,P>0.05)。工作曲线线性、精密度、准确度、电焊作业空气样品测定对照等实验,效果良好。此法不消解滤料,无需小心回流消解和少量多次涮洗烧杯,简化了操作,同时节省了大量的时间和试剂。结论改进后的方法是一种更加环保、简便快速而可靠的前处理方法,也可用于其他金属滤膜样品的前处理。
Objective To simplify the sample digestion process and explore a more rapid and environmentally friendly pretreatment method. Methods The sample of manganese membrane was acid-dissolved to dissolve the metal manganese and its compound, and then directly mixed and determined. Results The correlation curve of concentration and absorbance was 0.9992. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 4.83% ~ 7.16% for the low, medium and high concentration repeats. The concentration of (22 ± 1) Membrane standard sample was 22.87μg. There was no significant difference between the 10 matched samples and the national standard method (paired difference t test, t = 8.43, P> 0.05). Working curve of linearity, precision, accuracy, welding operation air sample control test, the effect is good. This method does not dispel the filter, without careful reflux digestion and a small amount of multiple rinse beakers, simplifying the operation, while saving a lot of time and reagents. Conclusion The improved method is a more environmentally friendly, simple, fast and reliable pretreatment method, but also can be used for the pretreatment of other metal membrane samples.
