为纳税人提供优质高效的服务是税务部门的法定义务,是税务人义不容辞的重要责任,也是建设服务型税务机关的内在要求。税务部门历来重视纳税服务工作,尤其是近年推出了不少举措,取得了明显成效,纳税人满意度不断提高。当前纳税人涉税诉求多元化、个性化的趋势日渐明显,需要税务部门坚持与时俱进,进一步解放思想,拓宽服务领域,丰富服务内容,提升服务层次,促进纳税服务工作再上新台阶。
Providing taxpayers with high quality and efficient services is the statutory obligation of the tax department, which is an obligatory responsibility of the taxpayers and an intrinsic requirement of building a service tax authority. Tax departments have always attached great importance to tax services, and in particular, they have introduced many measures in recent years and have achieved remarkable results. Taxpayers’ satisfaction has been continuously raised. At present, taxpayers’ demands for tax-related diversification and personalization are becoming increasingly clear. Tax departments are required to persist in keeping pace with the times, further emancipate their minds, broaden their service areas, enrich service contents, upgrade service levels and promote tax service work to a higher level.
