目的 了解非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)中细胞凋亡与细胞增殖间的关系 ,探讨两者在 NHL 发生与发展中的作用。方法 利用 Td T介导的 d UTP缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)法和 PCNA免疫组化技术原位检测 6 0例 NHL 中的细胞凋亡和增殖水平 ,计算凋亡指数 (AI)和增殖指数 (PI)。结果 B细胞性 NHL 中 ,随着恶性度增高 ,AI和 PI均增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,T细胞性 NHL 中高度恶性组 PI明显高于低度恶性组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 AI在两组之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。AI和 PI呈显著正相关 (r=0 .70 4,P<0 .0 1)。结论 在 NHL 中细胞凋亡与增殖之间可能存在密切的联系 ,共同参与了 NHL 的发生和恶性进展。对细胞凋亡和增殖水平的检测可能有助于 NHL 恶性度及预后的判断
Objective To understand the relationship between cell apoptosis and cell proliferation in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and to explore their roles in the occurrence and development of NHL. Methods Td T-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and PCNA immunohistochemistry were used to detect the in situ apoptosis and proliferation of 60 NHL patients. The apoptotic index (AI) and proliferation index (PI) were calculated. ). Results In B-cell NHL, AI and PI increased as the degree of malignancy increased (P<0.05). The PI of highly malignant group in T-cell NHL was significantly higher than that of low-grade group (P<0.05). ), while AI was not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between AI and PI (r=0.70 4, P<0.01). Conclusion There may be a close relationship between apoptosis and proliferation in NHL, which is involved in the occurrence and progression of NHL. Detection of apoptosis and proliferation levels may contribute to the judgment of NHL malignancy and prognosis
