基于现代模式匹配技术,优化了Ka波段的过模TE01模式过渡器的设计,采用现代成熟的电磁仿真软件对设计的该过渡器参数进行了理论验证。结果表明:在28~38 GHz的频带范围内,TE01模式的传输效率超过98%,其中在28.7 GHz时最大传输效率达到99.9%。设计的半径渐变的光滑圆波导过渡器具有传输效率高、结构紧凑、易于加工等,可应用于高功率毫米波过模传输系统上。
Based on the modern pattern matching technology, the design of Ka-band over-mode TE01 mode transition device is optimized. The mathematic emulation software is used to verify the design of the transition device parameters. The results show that the transmission efficiency of TE01 mode exceeds 98% in the frequency range from 28 GHz to 38 GHz, and the maximum transmission efficiency reaches 99.9% at 28.7 GHz. The design of the radius gradient smooth circular waveguide transition device with high transmission efficiency, compact structure, easy processing, etc., can be applied to high-power mm-wave over-mode transmission system.
