本文剖析了中国天然气工业基地(以下简称基地)建设对人才培训发展的战略要求。对基地人才培训的适应性进行了分析,认为人才培训理念有待提高、人才培训组织与管理体系有待进一步完善、人才培训管理方式还存在不适应、人才培训平台建设需加强、培训评估机制还不健全、人才培训商业运营条件还不具备。提出了基地人才培训规划的原则与战略目标。从建立完善天然气人才培训模式、健全人才培训开发机制、加强培训资源基础建设三个方面,提出了基地人才培训规划的实现途径。
This paper analyzes the strategic requirements for the development of talent training in the construction of China’s natural gas industrial base (hereinafter referred to as base). The adaptability of personnel training in base is analyzed, the idea of personnel training needs to be improved, the organization and management system of personnel training needs to be further improved, the personnel training management methods still have to adapt, the training platform construction needs to be strengthened, and the training evaluation mechanism is not perfect , Personnel training commercial operating conditions do not have. Put forward the principles and strategic goals of the base personnel training plan. From the aspects of establishing and improving training mode of natural gas personnel, perfecting personnel training and development mechanism and strengthening training resources infrastructure, this paper puts forward ways to realize the talent training program of base.
