应用几种方法研究了矿物油对SBR-有机陶土纳米复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,在橡胶胶料中同时加入矿物油和纳米有机陶土,则胶料的剥落和(或)插层程度较低,而且其撕裂强度和拉伸强度都将极大地降低。但是,矿物油在最后阶段加入将不会显著降低其拉伸强度。另外矿物油的加入,也会降低胶料的门尼黏度。因此,在混炼过程中,最好在有机陶土分散后再加入像矿物油和锌盐之类的加工助剂。
Several methods were used to study the effect of mineral oil on the properties of SBR-organoclay nano-composite. The experimental results show that the addition of mineral oil and nano-organoclay to the rubber compound results in lower spalling and / or intercalation of the rubber compound, and the tear strength and the tensile strength of the rubber compound will be greatly reduced.
