尾矿库是一种人造的具有高势能的泥石流形成区,且含有各种有毒有害物质,是事故易发部位,其安全稳定性关系到下游居民的生命和财产安全。本文根据尾矿库安全的内在机理,将其划分为三个单元,分别对各个单元的危险有害因素进行了辨识,建立了尾矿库危险源层次模型。针对层次分析法存在的缺点,引入模糊一致矩阵,采用更为实用有效的模糊层次分析法来确定各危险源的权重,进而将危险源划分为四级,为尾矿库的安全管理提供了科学依据。
Tailings depot is a man-made debris flow with high potential energy formation area, and contains a variety of toxic and hazardous substances, is the accident prone areas, the safety and stability related to the lives of downstream residents and property safety. Based on the inherent mechanism of tailings safety, this paper divides it into three units, identifies the dangerous and harmful elements of each unit respectively, and establishes the hazard source hierarchy model of tailings pond.
