目的了解掌握北京市昌平区医疗机构消毒隔离工作质量近年发展变化及趋势。方法对2009-2015年昌平区医疗机构消毒质量监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 7年共采样监测8 252件,合格7 908件,合格率为95.83%,其中2009年合格率最低为89.92%,2013年和2015年最高为99.91%。不同类别医疗机构监测结果差别有统计学意义,单位医务室合格率较低(91.40%),村医务室合格率较高(97.00%)。监测项目中,室内空气合格率最低为85.27%,使用中消毒剂合格率最高为100.00%;近7年以室内空气的合格率提升最为显著,2015年较2009年提升了41.16%。结论昌平区医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率呈逐年升高趋势,使用中消毒剂、医院污水等监测项目的合格率均保持在较平稳状态,医护人员手和室内空气的合格率提升显著,压力灭菌效果需引起关注。
Objective To understand the development and trend of disinfection and isolation in medical institutions in Changping District of Beijing in recent years. Methods A retrospective analysis of the results of the disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions in Changping District from 2009 to 2015 was conducted. Results A total of 8 252 samples were collected and monitored in 7 years, with a total of 7 908 passes, with a passing rate of 95.83%. The lowest passing rate was 89.92% in 2009 and the highest in 2013 and 2015 was 99.91%. The monitoring results of different types of medical institutions were statistically significant, with a low pass rate (91.40%) in the unit’s medical office and a high pass rate in the village clinic (97.00%). In the monitoring project, the minimum passing rate of indoor air is 85.27%, the pass rate of disinfectants in use is up to 100.00%; the pass rate of indoor air is the most significant increase in the past seven years, and 41.16% in 2015 compared with 2009. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions in Changping District has been increasing year by year. The pass rates of disinfectants, hospital effluents and other monitoring items kept at a relatively steady state, the passing rate of health workers’ hands and indoor air increased significantly, Bacterial effect needs attention.
