利用3G移动通信技术建立应急指挥中心移动工作站,简化抢险作业过程,缩短作业所需时间,提高电力事故应急处置能力,保障省内电网事故应急工作高效、有序地进行,进一步提高目前电力系统抢险应急工作中现场指挥的机动能力,将最前沿的情况实时反馈到现场指挥部及后方应急指挥中心,防止和减少电力事故造成的影响。结合实际需求,综合考虑系统的先进型、可靠性、经济性、实用性,利用3G移动无线多媒体信息技术建设统一应急指挥调度系统。
