本文对人才培养模式的含义进行了阐述,并针对高职酒店管理专业的人才培养模式现状,分析了高职酒店管理专业人才在培养模式中出现的问题,并提出为酒店管理专业的人才培养提供比较合适的模式,即实践性的培养模式,为国家培养一批综合职业能力强、综合素质高、可从事第一线工作的应用型人才。
