本文对人脑多形性胶质母细胞瘤细胞系进行了细胞动力学研究,根据生长曲线求得倍增时间为38.58小时,用 PLM 方法计算出 TC=37.5小时,TG_1 =16.2小时,Ts=10.5小时,TG_2+M=10.8小时,时相的百分比分别为:G_1=43.2%,S=28%,G_2+M=28.8%,用 FCM 测得时相百分比为 G_1=52.94%,S=28.08% G_2+M=18.98%,三者之间的关系比较一致,因此 BT325 细胞生长稳定,其时相可以作为筛选化疗用药方案的根据,我们认为对肿瘤细胞,用以上三种方法测得时相一致。可以作为比较正确而完整的动力学参数,对临床合理安排用药方案,提高疗效将会起到有利的指导作用。
In this study, the cellular dynamics of human brain glioblastoma multiforme cell line was studied. The doubling time was 38.58 hours according to the growth curve. TC=37.5 hours was calculated by PLM method, and TG_1=16.2 hours. Ts=10.5 Hours, TG_2+M = 10.8 hours, the percentages of the phases are: G_1=43.2%, S=28%, G_2+M=28.8%, and the phase percentage measured by FCM is G_1=52.94%, S=28.08% G_2+M = 18.98%. The relationship among the three is relatively consistent. Therefore, BT325 cells have a stable growth. The phase can be used as a basis for screening chemotherapy drugs. We believe that the tumor cells can be measured with the above three methods. . It can be used as a relatively accurate and complete dynamic parameter, and it will provide a favorable guidance for the rational arrangement of medications in the clinic and improve the efficacy.
