三维打印中填充路径的好坏直接影响制件的质量,针对人工牙槽骨选择较优的填充路径尤为重要。将具有良好生物相容性、可降解性的羟基磷灰石和海藻酸钠作为成型材料,选择不同的填充路径,通过自行开发的三维打印成型设备,采用气动挤出沉积成型工艺,制造出同种规格的牙槽骨。获得了不同路径下牙槽骨的宏观表征、微观结构及力学性能参数,并对其影响因素做了分析和探讨。为后期人工牙槽骨填充路径的选择和优化可提供一定的参考。
