【Abstract】 objective to study the effect of continuous nursing on recovery quality and compliance after radical operation of congenital megacolon in children. Methods a total of 86 children treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted routine nursing plan， and the observation group adopted continuous nursing plan. The therapeutic effect， postoperative complication rate and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.
