我厂生产苏联型号手电钻的钻煤和钻岩石的钻头,形状如图1,这些钻头上都要镶焊硬质合金刀片。硬质合金刀片的焊接是很困难的问题,根据苏联说明书中介绍,焊接硬质合金刀片可以采用以下四种方法:1.在红炉、瓦斯炉或电炉内焊接;2.用高周波电流焊接;3.在电气焊接装置上用接触法焊接;4.用氧——乙炔焰焊接。根据以上介绍,我们曾进行了多种试验,只有红炉法焊接试验成功。但使用这种方法效率低,劳动条件差,在大批生产条件下是不能满足的。我们又研究用接触法焊接,如图
