专业课教师进企业就是有计划地组织专业课教师结合自身专业优势,到与教学专业密切相关的企业进行以专业实践为主的锻炼。这无疑是增强教师理论联系实际能力、培养“双师”素质的一条重要途径。本文主要从“教师进企业”模式的研究现状出发,介绍我校的实际做法和取得的成绩。 Professional teachers into the enterprise is a systematic organization of professional teachers with their own professional advantages, to closely related with the teaching of professional enterprises to carry out professional practice-based exercise. This is undoubtedly an important way to enhance teachers’ ability of combining theory with practice and cultivating the quality of “double division”. This article mainly from the “teacher into the enterprise ” model of the status quo, I introduced the actual practices and achievements.
