目的:通过对跌打消痛片祛瘀、抗炎作用的药理研究,为临床应用提供试验依据。方法:将大鼠、豚鼠和小鼠随机分为模型、阳性对照和跌打消肿片低、中、高剂量组,用打击法和钳夹法造成瘀血模型,ig给予跌打消肿片7d,测量蓝斑面积、吸光度A和瘀斑消退面积;用二甲苯及棉球肉芽肿造成炎症模型,测定鼠耳肿胀度和大鼠肉芽重。结果:跌打消痛片能显著降低外伤瘀血型大鼠的受伤腿部皮肤蓝斑面积和依文思蓝含量;能显著降低豚鼠局部皮肤创伤性瘀斑消散率(P<0.01);对二甲苯引起的鼠耳肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿等,均有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:跌打消痛片有明显的祛瘀、抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE: To provide experimental basis for clinical application through the pharmacological research on the medicine of dipping and dissipating pain, removing blood stasis and anti-inflammatory effects. Methods: Rats, guinea pigs and mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: model, positive control group and low, medium and high dosage groups of Diminishing swelling and desquamating tablets 7d, blue spot area, absorbance A and ecchymosis regression area were measured. Inflammatory model was induced with xylene and cotton ball granuloma and the swelling of rat ear and granulation weight of rat were measured. Result: DEDDJ tablet can significantly reduce the area of blue plaque and Evans blue in injured leg skin of traumatic-stasis rats; reduce the traumatic ecchymosis dissipated rate (P <0.01) in local skin of guinea pig; Rat ear swelling and rat cotton ball granuloma were significantly inhibited (P <0.01). Conclusion: There are obvious stasis and anti-inflammatory effects on the digestion and pain reduction tablets.
