“时度效”是电视传播中密切相关不可分割的有机整体,要将三者有机地结合在一起,做到适时、适度、有效,才能在媒体融合的背景下,提升主流媒体的公信力、影响力。本文总结了央视近期重大主题宣传、舆论监督报道、传统文化传播等方面的成功实践,梳理了媒体融合背景下电视传播“时度效”的具体体现。
