西松烯内酯类(cembrenolides)化合物广泛存在于海洋生物软珊瑚中。它们大多具有抗肿瘤细胞的活性。表-马氏醇(epi-mayol)(1)可作为合成反式骈联的西松烯内酯的重要中间体,而且结构与1极相似的肉芝软珊瑚醇(sarcophytol)已知有明显抗白血病作用。因此研究1的全合成有重要意义。文献[3]曾报道(±)-表-马氏醇的全合成,本文报道合成(±)-表-马氏醇的另一有效途径。
Cembrenolides compounds are found widely in marine soft corals. Most of them have antitumor cell activity. Table - epi-mayol (1) can be used as an important intermediate for the synthesis of trans-co-cis-pinene lactone, and the sarcophytol of similar structure to one pole is known to have significant anti- Leukemia effect. Therefore, the total synthesis of Research 1 is of great significance. [3] reported the complete synthesis of (±) -epi-Methanol, and another effective approach to the synthesis of (±) -epi-Methanol was reported.
