采用进化程度较高的灵长类动物猕猴作为实验材料 ,在光镜下观察黑质的 GABA能神经元。在黑质网状部GABA能神经元数量多 ,以多角形和梭形为主 ,致密部的 GABA能神经元较网状部略稀少 ,胞体形态以多角形、圆形和梭形为主 ;在下丘平面还可见到许多 GABA样阳性神经纤维
Primates primate monkeys with higher degree of evolution were used as experimental materials to observe the substantia nigra of GABAergic neurons under light microscope. The number of GABAergic neurons in the reticular part of the substantia nigra was mainly polygons and fusiform parts. The number of GABAergic neurons in the dense part was slightly less than that of the reticular part. The morphology of the cells was mainly polygonal, circular and fusiform. There are many GABA-like positive nerve fibers seen in the inferior colliculus
