在同一施肥水平下研究31个糯玉米品种磷素吸收利用的基因型差异,分析糯玉米的磷素吸收利用特性。结果表明,生产鲜穗、鲜子粒和成熟子粒糯玉米的磷素利用效率品种间变异范围分别为193.95~342.25 kg/kg、127.35~219.76 kg/kg和96.55~181.61 kg/kg。聚类分析表明,无论其收获产品是鲜穗、鲜子粒还是成熟子粒,属于高产、磷素高效吸收利用的品种有2个,其100 kg鲜穗、鲜子粒及成熟子粒需磷量平均值分别为0.359、0.510、0.656 kg。通径分析表明,提高品种鲜穗和鲜子粒产量,改良吸磷总量起主导作用;提高成熟期子粒产量,改良吸磷总量和磷素利用效率并重。
The genotypic differences in phosphorus uptake and utilization of 31 waxy corn cultivars were studied under the same fertilization level, and the phosphorus uptake and utilization characteristics of waxy corn were analyzed. The results showed that the range of variation of phosphorus use efficiency (WUE) was 193.95 ~ 342.25 kg / kg, 127.35 ~ 219.76 kg / kg and 96.55 ~ 181.61 kg / kg for fresh corn, fresh corn and mature corn. Cluster analysis showed that no matter whether the harvested product was fresh spike, fresh or mature, it belonged to two varieties with high yield and efficient absorption and utilization of phosphorus. The average phosphorus demand of 100 kg fresh ear, fresh grain and mature grain respectively 0.359, 0.510 and 0.656 kg. Path analysis showed that improving the yield of fresh ear and fresh grain led to the improvement of the total amount of phosphorus uptake. Increasing the grain yield at maturity, improving the total amount of phosphorus uptake and the efficiency of phosphorus utilization both.
