目的:探讨舌侧矫治托槽动摩擦力的影响因素。方法:在不同结扎状态下,分别测试2种舌侧矫治托槽(e·Brace个性化舌侧托槽、STb舌侧托槽)与4种弓丝(0.016“×0.022”镍钼合金丝、0.016“×0.022”不锈钢方丝、0.016“镍钼合金丝、0.016”不锈钢丝)组合的动摩擦力。结果:通过多元线性回归分析,影响动摩擦力大小的因素依次为:舌侧托槽的种类、弓丝、结扎方式。结论:舌侧托槽的种类、弓丝和结扎方式均是舌侧矫治系统动摩擦力的重要影响因素。
Objective: To explore the influencing factors of dynamic friction of lingual bracket. Methods: Two kinds of lingual orthodontic bracket (e Brace personalized lingual brackets, STb lingual brackets) and four kinds of arch wires (0.016 “× 0.022” nickel-molybdenum alloy 0.016 “x 0.022 ” stainless steel square wire, 0.016 “nickel-molybdenum alloy wire, 0.016 ” stainless steel wire) combination of dynamic friction. Results: By multivariate linear regression analysis, the factors that affect the size of dynamic friction were as follows: the type of lingual bracket, arch wire, ligation method. CONCLUSION: The types of lingual brackets, arch wires and ligation methods are both important influencing factors of dynamic friction in lingual orthodontic system.
