目的:比较45~64岁代谢综合征(MS)不同组分数目人群心功能的差异,探讨影响MS人群心功能的可能因素。方法:197名0~4 MS组分受试者清晨安静空腹状态下进行一般身体状况和生理生化指标检查,用超声多普勒检测心功能。结果:年龄与身高相同的条件下,随MS组分数目递增,体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、安静心率、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖、胰岛素、尿酸呈递增趋势,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈递减趋势。随MS组分数目递增,左室后壁舒张末期厚度和室间隔舒张末期厚度增加,每分输出量增加,心指数增加,E/A值降低。结论:在年龄与身高相同的条件下,随着代谢综合征组分数目增加,左室肥厚逐渐增加,左室输出量增加,左室舒张功能降低。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in cardiac function between different age groups of 45-64-year-old with metabolic syndrome (MS) and to explore the possible factors that influence the cardiac function of MS population. METHODS: One hundred and fourty-four subjects with 0-4 MS were examined for general physical condition and physio-biochemical parameters in a quiet morning fasting condition. Cardiac function was measured by Doppler sonography. Results: With the increase of the number of MS components, body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol , Blood glucose, insulin, uric acid showed an increasing trend, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol showed a decreasing trend. As the number of MS components increased, the thickness of the posterior wall of the left ventricular posterior wall and the end-diastolic dimension of the interventricular septum increased, the output per minute increased, the cardiac index increased, and the E / A decreased. Conclusion: Under the condition of the same age and height, with the increase of the number of metabolic syndrome components, left ventricular hypertrophy gradually increases, left ventricular output increases and left ventricular diastolic function decreases.
