微粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)是航天继电器出厂前必做的多余物检测试验。目前PIND试验条件的研究主要采用理论推导法和试验研究法。提出了一种基于曲线拟合理论的试验条件研究方法:以有限的试验数据为基础,将试验条件作为输入变量,将多余物与内壁碰撞的声音信号强度作为输出变量,根据拟合结果给出了试验条件各参数(腔体高度、振动加速度和频率)对PIND声音信号强度的影响规律。
Particle collision noise detection (PIND) is the space relay must be done before leaving the factory testing. At present, the research of PIND test conditions mainly uses the theoretical derivation method and the experimental research method. A test method based on curve fitting theory is proposed. Based on the finite experimental data, the experimental conditions are taken as input variables, and the intensity of the acoustic signal of the collision between the residual objects and the inner wall is taken as the output variable. According to the fitting result, The influence of various parameters (cavity height, vibration acceleration and frequency) on the strength of PIND sound signal was studied.
