近年来,平湖市在全市非公有制企业中推行“1+1”职工互助金,使帮困送温暖活动走向经常化、制度化、社会化,采取“一人有难,众人帮扶”的模式,帮助解决困难职工面临的问题,合力构筑抵御风险防线。目前,该市已有530余家企业建立“1+1”职工互助金,筹集资金2400万元,10余万职工参加了职工互助金,其中外来职工占80%;累计为8300余人次解决了生产生活上的困难,发放工伤、医疗救助金300余万元,发放生活困难救助、亡故慰问、金秋助学补助等800余万元。
