对用质子交换法生长的LiTaO3(PE-LiTaO3)波导特性进行了研究,并利用该种波导实现了由1.06μm到0.53μm的切伦科夫倍频转换(CSHG),转换效率为122%/W·cm2.倍频光束质量好,垂直波导面方向的发散角度为1.3mrad,平行波导面方向的发散角度为3.3mrad.
The waveguide properties of LiTaO3 (PE-LiTaO3) grown by proton exchange method were studied and the Cerenkov doubling frequency conversion (CSHG) from 1.06μm to 0.53μm was realized with the waveguide. The conversion efficiency was 122 % / W · cm2. The frequency-doubled beam is of good quality with a divergent angle of 1.3 mrad in the direction of the vertical waveguide surface and a divergence angle of 3.3 mrad in the direction of the parallel waveguide surface.
