ZL204合金是在ZL201、ZL202合金的基础上发展起来的一种较新的高强度铸造铝合金,与ZL201、ZL202合金相比,其基本组元除添加了镉(Cd)以外,杂质含量也少;合金热处理后的机械性能明显改善,其抗拉强度、屈服强度、布氏硬度均有较大的提高。ZL204合金虽然问世不久,但已获得了广泛的应用。在此,根据我所科研生产中的实验资料,对该合金的组织进行了初步分析。一 ZL204合金的成分及铸态组织为分析方便起见,可以认为ZL204合金是在Al-Cu系中添加Mn、Ti、Cd等元素所组成的一种合金。
