低能量激光治疗对骨缺损动物模型的影响

建立了大鼠骨缺损模型,评价了低能量激光治疗处理后骨缺损处的组织学改变。制造大鼠单侧的股骨圆形骨缺损,根据低能量激光治疗照射方法的不同随机分为3组:多次照射组,单次照射组,对照组。其中两个照射组对应的总剂量相同。术后15d和30d分别处死每组动物,取材后进行HE染色,在光镜下分析炎症和骨组织的形成和质量。结果显示实验组15d和30d时的炎症评分明显低于对照组,骨形成评分明显高于对照组,而2个实验组并无明显区别。研究发现适宜剂量的低能量激光治疗可以减轻动物模型实验性骨缺损处的炎症并促进新骨形成。多次照射和单次照射比较并无不同。 A rat model of bone defect was established to evaluate the histological changes of bone defect after laser treatment. Unilateral circular defect of the femur was made in rats. The defects were randomly divided into three groups according to different methods of low-energy laser irradiation: multiple irradiation group, single irradiation group and control group. The two groups of irradiation correspond to the same total dose. Each group of animals was sacrificed 15d and 30d after operation. HE staining was performed after the material was taken and inflammation and the formation and quality of bone tissue were analyzed under light microscope. The results showed that the inflammation scores of the experimental group at 15d and 30d were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the bone formation score was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two experimental groups. The study found that the appropriate dose of low-energy laser treatment can reduce inflammation in animal models of experimental bone defects and promote new bone formation. There is no difference between multiple exposure and single exposure.
