针对我国精准农业中变量喷雾技术的发展需求现状,对精准变量喷雾控制系统进行了研究。根据农作物喷雾系统的工作原理(即保证农田单位面积喷雾量恒定的喷雾作业),对喷雾作业中的数据进行实时检测,为设计的核心内容。对农作物喷雾系统的动态响应进行试验分析,结果表明:农作物喷雾系统在工作状态下,系统的动态性能良好;根据模拟车速的变化,实时记录控制器流量、实际流量与理论设定喷雾量并进行分析,结果表明:农作物喷雾系统控制喷雾量满足了设定要求。
In view of the current situation of the development of variable spray technology in precision agriculture in our country, the precision variable spray control system was studied. According to the working principle of crop spraying system (that is, to ensure a constant spraying amount per unit area of farmland), real-time detection of the data in the spraying operation is the core of the design. The dynamic response of crop spraying system was tested and analyzed. The results showed that the dynamic performance of crop spraying system was good under the working condition. According to the change of simulated vehicle speed, the controller flow rate, actual flow rate and theoretical spray volume were set and carried out The results showed that the amount of spraying controlled by the crop spraying system satisfied the set requirements.
