本文通过对135份就医经历的叙述分析,指出就医经历中表现为前进型、后退型和固定型的描述指标,比较分析了愉快型和不愉快型就医经历的不同叙述特征,特别提出对有着不愉快就诊经历的患者,从患者质疑、抱怨甚至无端指责到医生让步、关爱及耐心解释,再到患者信任、尊敬、感激医生,才构成一次完整的社会交换。同时分析了叙述者的情感和行动意向,如对传统医学的偏好,“赤脚医生情结”及当前医患关系中物化现象的不满等问题。
Based on the narrative analysis of 135 medical experiences, this paper points out the descriptive indexes of medical experience showing forward type, backward type and fixed type. It also analyzes the different narrative characteristics of happy and unpleasant type of medical experience. In particular, Experienced patients, from patients questioned, complained or even blatant accusations to the doctor concessions, care and patient interpretation, to patients trust, respect, gratitude doctors, constitute a complete social exchange. At the same time, it analyzes the sentiment and action intention of the narrator, such as the preference of traditional medicine, the complex of barefoot doctors and the dissatisfaction of materialized phenomena in the current doctor-patient relationship.
