在苏联的汽车设计中,强度计算的环节十分薄弱,甚至落后于其它机制产品。当前迫切需要制订汽车强度标准(统一的文件系统)。为此,必须对汽车运行条件及工作过程进行预分析,又因此而要求建立数据库。利用试车场进行试验和鉴定可以加快进程,因为试车场在其历来的试车中已积累了大量测试数据,主要内容和强度标准关系密切。为了在试车场试车和汽车的实际运用之间建立正确的数量关系,扩大实验室基地的必要性已十分明确,如建立尘埃室、风洞等。作者认识到,只有这样,才能最终制订强度标准,提高汽车设计技术的水平,改善汽车产品的质量。
In the automobile design of the Soviet Union, the strength calculation is very weak, and even lags behind other mechanical products. There is an urgent need to develop a car strength standard (a unified file system). To this end, we must pre-analyze the operating conditions of the car and the working process, thus requiring the establishment of a database. The use of a test site for testing and qualification can speed up the process because the test site has accumulated a large amount of test data in its ongoing commissioning, with the main content closely related to the strength standard. In order to establish the correct quantitative relationship between the test run of the test car and the actual use of the car, the necessity of expanding the laboratory base has become clear, such as the establishment of dust rooms, wind tunnels and the like. The authors recognize that the only way to finalize the strength standards, improve the level of automotive design technology, improve the quality of automotive products.
