目的测定张家港市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、辛硫磷、仲丁威等5种常用杀虫剂的抗性,根据不同杀虫剂的抗性水平,在全市开展科学、有效的防治工作。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的半数致死量。结果 2015年张家港市家蝇对5种杀虫剂的LD50(μg/只)分别为0.002 7、0.043 6、0.302 8、0.152 3、5.334 0,抗性倍数分别为4.56、8.71、26.56、4.36、5.84。张家港市家蝇对敌敌畏的抗性已处于较高水平,对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷、仲丁威也已产生一定不同程度的抗性,但抗性水平较低。结论应该根据不同杀虫剂的抗性合理选择用药,加强抗性监测,以提高家蝇的防治效果。
