目的:分析金礞石人工胃液和水溶性浸出物及其主要元素,为金礞石药用有效成分的研究提供参考资料。方法:对金礞石药材进行人工胃液浸出和水煎煮浸出,测定浸出率,并采用ICP-AES测定浸出液中主要元素含量。结果:样品的人工胃液浸出率在5%以上,浸出液中主要元素为Ca,Mg,其次为Fe,Al;样品水煎煮的浸出率及各元素的浸出量均较低。结论:金礞石在临床上多用于丸散少见于汤剂是有科学依据的,其药用物质基础可能与Ca,Mg等人工胃液浸出元素有关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the artificial gastric juice and water-soluble extract of the kaempferol and its major elements, and to provide references for the research of the medicinal active ingredients of the kaempferol. Methods: Artemisia rhynchophylla was extracted by artificial gastric juice and decocted with water, the leaching rate was determined, and the content of major elements in the leachate was determined by ICP-AES. Results: The leaching rate of artificial gastric juice was above 5%. The main elements of leaching solution were Ca and Mg, followed by Fe and Al. The leaching rate and the amount of leaching of each element were lower. Conclusions: Jinshi stone is more used in medicine than Pills scattered in decoction is scientifically based, and its medicinal material base may be related to Ca, Mg and other elements of the artificial gastric juice leaching.
