液压驱动式工程机械通常都是通过液压先导控制阀来驱动液压换向阀,进而改变液压油的流通方向和开口面积,从而实现对工作装置的控制。液压挖掘机是一种多自由度的工程机械,在同一时刻内,操作手往往需要同时控制多个装置进行工作,要求机器具有很好的复合动作协调性。通过分析液压系统流量分配原理,以实现动臂提升和回转的复合动作为例,介绍几种改善液压挖掘机多动作协调性的方法。实际应用表明,通过选用其中一种合适的方法,能够达到改善液压挖掘机复合动作协调性的效果。
Hydraulic driven construction machinery usually drives the hydraulic directional control valve through the hydraulic pilot control valve, and then changes the flow direction and the opening area of the hydraulic oil, so as to realize the control of the working device. Hydraulic Excavator is a multi-degree of freedom of construction machinery, at the same time, the operator often need to control multiple devices at the same time work, requiring the machine has a good complex action coordination. By analyzing the principle of hydraulic system flow distribution and taking the combined action of boom lifting and slewing as an example, several methods to improve the coordination of multiple actions of hydraulic excavators are introduced. The practical application shows that by selecting one of the suitable methods, the effect of improving the coordination of the hydraulic excavator can be achieved.
