服务产业发展是人才工作的出发点和落脚点。近年来,晋江市以首批福建省定人才强市试点、第二批全国社会工作人才试点为契机,始终坚持人才强市战略,创新人才工作机制,充分释放人才红利,驱动产业质量发展。文章分析了晋江人才工作驱动产业发展现状、存在的主要问题,进而提出若干具有针对性的对策建议。
The development of service industry is the starting point and ending point of talent work. In recent years, Jinjiang City, with the first batch of pilot projects of strong talent market in Fujian Province and the second batch of pilot projects of social workers in the country, has always adhered to the strategy of strengthening the city by employing qualified personnel, innovated the work mechanism of qualified personnel, fully released the bonuses of talents and promoted the development of industrial quality. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of Jinjiang talent-driven industries, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
